Welcome to Katsu! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Katsu Learning, Inc. ("Katsu," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. User Eligibility

2. Account Management
Account Creation: Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Account Usage: Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.
Account Termination: Katsu reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or inactivity.
3. Payment and Refund Policies
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, ShopPay, and GooglePay.
Subscription Services: The AI Academy is offered as a monthly subscription service. By purchasing, you agree to recurring monthly billing until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew each month on the date of purchase unless canceled.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, you will retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.
Refund Policy: Katsu offers a 90-day money-back guarantee, which applies to your first three monthly payments. Refund eligibility requires that you meet the Program Requirements outlined in Section 4.
Discounts and Promotions: From time to time, discounts or promotional pricing may be available. Any such offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Price Changes: Katsu reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. If prices change, you will receive advance notice by email before your next billing cycle, and you may cancel before renewal to avoid being charged the new rate.
Payment Failures: If a payment fails, your membership will be inactivated until payment is successfully received.
Third-Party Processors: Payments are processed through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Appstle, payment processors). Katsu is not responsible for errors or outages caused by these third parties.
4. Program Requirements
To qualify for the 90-day money-back guarantee, users must meet the following program requirements:

Finish the onboarding process in full.

5. Content Usage
Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and programs provided by Katsu are the intellectual property of Katsu Learning, Inc.
User Permissions: Users are not permitted to download, reproduce, or distribute program materials unless explicitly authorized by Katsu.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
Guarantee of Results: Katsu offers a 90-day money-back guarantee for users who meet eligibility criteria. This guarantee applies to subscription payments as outlined in Section 3.
Third-Party Integrations: Our site may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Shopify, payment processors, analytics tools). Katsu is not responsible for the performance or functionality of these third-party services.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
Data Collection: No additional data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy is collected during program participation.
Data Sharing: Katsu does not share user data with any third parties beyond those disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
